General Information
Thank you for your interest in GNWC Titans.
The GNWC Titans Wrestling Family consists of boys and girls from ages 4 through 14.
A typical season runs from November through February with league meets starting after the first of the year.
Registration is about $150 per wrestler per season and typically there are discounts for sibling and wrestlers that are on a middle school team.
Practice groups are determined by age and skill. Most groups practice twice a week. Typically, there are 4 or more coaches per Group
Group 1 is designed as an introduction to wrestling group that focuses on wrestling basics, getting the kids used to contact and learning to love the sport.
Group 2 is the next level where we work on perfecting techniques and conditioning.
Group 3 is the next and it is certainly more advanced with all seasoned wrestlers and coaches.
The location and time of the practice will be determined by the group they are assign to however typically were at Colonial Middle School and Plymouth Whitemarsh Highschool.
